What is the Toolbox?

All the former functionality of Navigator found in the Quick Links menu and the Quick Start drop-down menu have been relocated to this toolbar. This toolbar can easily grown and change without reducing the overall functionality of the interface. All new learning resources should be accessible from this menu.
